Technopreneurship
During the Technopreneurship program at UniKL MIIT, I took on the role of finance lead within our team. My responsibilities included managing the budget, tracking daily sales, monitoring expenses, and ensuring accurate profit calculations. Additionally, I collaborated with team members to organize sales booths and enhance product visibility. This experience significantly strengthened my skills in financial management, strategic planning, and effective communication.
Our project focused on selling a variety of food items to students and staff within the campus. Through effective teamwork, marketing, and customer engagement, we successfully generated a total sales revenue of RM200 over the course of the program. We managed our expenses carefully and achieved a net profit of RM50. The experience gave us a strong understanding of real-world business operations and taught us how to adapt to customer preferences and market demands.
